Generational change and expansion of the executive board at NEUMO in Knittlingen

NEUMO GmbH + Co. KG is setting the course for the future: as part of a structured succession plan, Wolf Ehrenberg is handing over the management of the company to his youngest son, Dr Marc Ehrenberg. At the same time, Matthias Dörr has been appointed as an executive director.

Dr Marc Ehrenberg has been a member of the management team since November 2024. As a representative of the third generation of owners, he embodies continuity at the Knittlingen site. With more than 15 years’ experience as a lawyer in the pharmaceutical industry, he brings valuable industry expertise and fresh impulses to NEUMO.

In Matthias Dörr, NEUMO is also gaining another managing director with an exceptional career. He has consistently built his career: having started in 1999 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at NEUMO, he held various roles in international sales from 2002 onwards, before taking on the role of sales manager in 2014 and being granted power of signing authority in 2022.

With this combination of family tradition, long-standing industry experience and market knowledge, alongside fresh perspectives, the NEUMO family of owners has positioned the company perfectly for the future.
