Three Days, One Mission: Rethinking Sales Together

From June 9 to 11 we joined the international AWH Sales Meeting in Königslutter and we're heading home with plenty in our luggage.

Around the table: colleagues from across the globe, NEUMO GmbH & Co. KG, NEUMO Poland, NEUMO Vietnam, NEUMO Budapest, NEUMO Spain, Damstahl, Gebrüder RIEGER and EGMO. That mix is exactly what makes the difference.

Over the three days we covered pretty much everything on our minds: we talked about new product innovations and future-oriented technologies, discussed practical Stainless Steel solutions for food, chemical and pharma, and looked at market trends, regulatory topics and the current challenges we all share. On top of that came a strong sales focus, with storytelling by Wolfgang Jung (team digital GmbH) and active selling in interactive workshops.

But what stays with us isn't the slides, it's the conversations. Across borders and companies, ideas took shape that we'll bring directly to our customers. Add shared evenings, great food and a sense of team that no presentation can capture.
