Start of training in 2025

On September 1st, 2025, seven new apprentices began their training at NEUMO. We warmly welcome our young talents and look forward to accompanying them on their professional journey over the coming years.

The start of their careers was marked by a varied introductory week, offering both professional insights and joint activities. After the official welcome by the management, the program included the introduction of the trainers, a company presentation, and an exciting tour through the production facilities.

In workshops with communication coach Nina Reichenbach, the apprentices received valuable input on topics such as self-organization, mindset, and personal development. In addition to the professional content, there was also plenty of opportunity for personal exchange – a group trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park provided many positive impressions and strengthened the team spirit.

We look back on a successful introductory week and are proud to welcome our new colleagues to NEUMO. Together, we are now laying the foundation for an exciting apprenticeship and a successful future.
