CleanLip® is completely elastomer-free, eliminating any thermal, chemical, or hygienic limitations typically associated with plastic-based seals. Its robust metal-to-metal sealing guarantees maximum process safety without the risk of particle shedding or microbial contamination. Designed to withstand pressures up to 16 bar (standard) and up to PN100 on request, CleanLip® delivers top performance even under the harshest conditions. Its dead space–free geometry ensures optimal flow, maximum cleanability, and full CIP/SIP compatibility — making it ideal for extreme process environments with unlimited temperature resistance.
CleanLip® is engineered for the most demanding chemical and hygienic environments. With exceptional resistance to aggressive and abrasive media, it offers long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.
