Digital traceability and verified performance
With our new product line, the Neumo Ehrenberg Group introduces a generation of clamps engineered for food, dairy, and pharmaceutical processing. Designed with a clear focus on safety, traceability, and verified performance, NEG–clamps set a new benchmark for transparency and reliability in hygienic connections.
Each NEG–clamp features an integrated unique QR code that enables instant digital traceability and direct access to product-specific documentation, including certificates, technical specifications, and validation data. By scanning the code, users can retrieve precise information linked to the individual clamp, ensuring full lifecycle transparency, simplified compliance, and efficient quality assurance. All NEG–clamps are fully compatible with components according to DIN 32676, ASME BPE, and DIN 11864-3 standards (as well as BioConnect® and ConnectS® clamp connections), guaranteeing seamless integration into hygienic and high-purity process systems. To ensure reliable and safe operation under demanding conditions, every clamp is tested at 150 °C for 5 minutes to determine its maximum allowable working pressure. The resulting pressure ratings are calculated in accordance with the AD 2000–Merkblatt S5–methodology, providing verified working pressure limits based on validated engineering principles rather than theoretical test values.

NEG–Safe is close to our NEG–SH clamp, but with a swing bolt lock for safety–critical applications. Once installed, the safety feature prevents the clamp from being opened accidentally
