Our elbows according to DIN 11865, Form BL, are manufactured for use in hygienic process piping systems in the aseptic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. They are available in 45° and 90° versions and made from high-grade stainless steel 1.4435, complying with the current DIN 11865 standard. These elbows feature orbital welding ends and can be supplied for all DIN 11865 connection lines, including DIN (line A), ISO (line B), and ASME-BPE (line C). The elbows are available with high-quality internal surface finishes such as H3₀, HE3, H4₀, and HE4, ensuring maximum hygiene and corrosion resistance. With dimensional form class 3 (±0.5%), they offer outstanding precision and fit. On request, elbows can also be provided in alternative materials like 1.4404, 1.4539, or 2.4605, and in customized versions with special surface qualities, angles, or radii.
Our tee-pieces in accordance with DIN 11865 are available in both equal and reduced versions and are designed for hygienic process applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, and aseptic environments. Manufactured from stainless steel 1.4435, they comply with the latest version of the DIN 11865 standard. Form T features a short outlet, while Form TK includes a long outlet for more flexible installation options. The components are supplied with orbital welding ends, compatible with DIN 11865 line A (DIN), line B (ISO), and line C (ASME-BPE).

The reducers feature orbital welding ends and are suitable for installation in piping systems based on line A (DIN), line B (ISO), and line C (ASME-BPE). They are supplied with a high-grade internal surface finish (H3) and dimensional form class DF3 (≤0.5%) for maximum precision and process reliability.
Upon request, reducers can be delivered in alternative stainless steel grades such as 1.4404, 1.4539, or 2.4605. Custom surface qualities, connection types, or component adaptations can also be realized to meet specific system requirements.
