SCiMax fittings undergo a multi-step cleaning process, including degreasing, passivation, and electropolishing, followed by ultra-pure water rinse in a controlled cleanroom - ensuring a flawless passive layer.

SCiMax fittings are produced with tight tolerances according to ASTM A269, A270, and A632. Outer diameters, wall thicknesses, tangent lengths, angles, and squareness are closely monitored. Critical dimensions such as center-to-end or end-to-end are held within ±0.050 inch (1.27 mm), ensuring dimensional accuracy and repeatable fit.
SCiMax 90° and 45° elbows are available in sizes from ¼" to 6", made from 316L stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Each elbow is ASME BPE-compliant and ensures a clean, consistent fit in high-purity piping systems.
