Our product is made from premium stainless steel 1.4435 / 316L, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, and long-lasting material integrity. The product contact area features a precision-turned surface finish of Ra < 0.8 µm, ensuring hygienic safety and easy cleanability in demanding process environments.

The metallic, elastomer-free sealing design supports reliable operation in high-pressure applications:

  • PN16 for sizes up to DN50 (2")

  • PN10 for DN65 (2½") to DN200 (8")

  • Custom high-pressure versions up to PN100 for DN40 available on request

With a wide temperature range of −10 °C to +200 °C and a delta ferrite content ≤ 1%, the system meets the highest industry requirements for material quality and performance.

For seamless system integration, our connections comply with DIN 11866 in all three lines:

All connections are prepared with orbital welding ends to maximize welding quality, hygienic integrity, and process security.

Our product has successfully passed the EHEDG 01 cleanability test and is officially TÜV-certified for TA-Luft (TA-Air) compliance. Upon request, we offer alternative material grades, surface finishes, and ferrite content variants to meet specific application requirements.

This clamp connection is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel 1.4435 / 316L, offering outstanding durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term material integrity. The product contact area is precision-turned with a surface roughness of Ra < 0.8 µm, ensuring excellent cleanability and hygienic safety.

The elastomer-free metal seal provides a reliable and long-lasting sealing solution. Engineered for demanding applications, the system supports pressures up to PN10 and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from −10 °C to +200 °C. A delta ferrite content of ≤ 1% in the raw material guarantees premium alloy stability.
